4 On the 14th of the month, Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. convened the First-Quarter 2026 Business Management Analysis Meeting, at which the company provided a comprehensive briefing on first-quarter production and operations, systematically outlined key priorities for the next phase, and mobilized all levels of the organization to stay firmly focused on the annual targets and objectives, relentlessly advance implementation, and make every possible effort to ensure the smooth achievement of the year’s production and business goals. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wan Xiaopan, the company’s Director, and attended by the General Manager, relevant senior leaders, and heads of all departments.
During the meeting, Director Li from the Procurement Department and Director Yin from the Logistics Team, both newly promoted managers, shared their management insights. Their remarks centered on four key points: first, the shift in role—emphasizing that mid-level managers must move from working in isolation to orchestrating and coordinating their teams, while maintaining the right mindset and fulfilling their duties conscientiously; second, self-reflection on areas of weakness, acknowledging gaps in their familiarity with raw materials and production processes, their depth of professional knowledge, and the thoroughness of their problem-solving; third, enhancing managerial capabilities by leading by example, strengthening employee communication and training, reinforcing goal-oriented management and accountability, and continuously improving leadership skills; and fourth, highlighting the company’s strong market performance so far this year, driven by unified commitment and concerted efforts across the organization to pursue robust development. The first-quarter operational and production results showed marked improvement, with initial success in quality enhancement and efficiency gains, laying a solid foundation for steady progress in 2026.
The meeting emphasized that the second quarter is a pivotal period that bridges the first half of the year and sets the stage for the remainder, and that all departments must further strengthen accountability, refine implementation measures, and ensure that key priorities—such as expanding production capacity, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing resource consumption, and cultivating talent—are effectively carried out. All cadres and employees are urged to maintain the proactive and determined work ethic demonstrated in the first quarter, rise to challenges, and deliver concrete results through diligent and pragmatic efforts, thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of all targets and tasks for 2026.
