On July 9, Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. held its semi-annual production and operations review meeting. The meeting centered on three key pillars—refined management, technological innovation, and organizational empowerment—systematically assessing the company’s performance in the first half of the year and laying out a comprehensive plan for priority tasks in the second half. It also clearly articulated the guiding principle of “pursuing excellence and meticulousness while tapping internal potential,” thereby setting a clear course for the company’s high-quality development.
The meeting emphasized that safety, environmental protection, and product quality are the lifelines of the company’s survival and development. In the second half of the year, the company will continue to deepen its refined operational management system, further refine its long-term environmental protection mechanisms, strengthen differentiated governance, enhance its environmental treatment capabilities, and comprehensively elevate its compliance management standards. At the same time, it will reinforce a closed-loop quality control system, laying a solid foundation for quality through higher standards and stricter requirements, thereby continuously strengthening its core competitive advantages.
At the meeting, General Manager Liu Jianjun emphasized the need to accelerate the commercialization of technological innovations, upgrade the level of automated process‑control systems, and expedite the design and construction of new projects in the Western Zone. In line with these priorities, the company will leverage a dual‑pronged approach—automated upgrades and process optimization—to fully unlock its production capacity; focus on key technological bottlenecks; concentrate resources on targeted R&D initiatives; and optimize resource allocation, thereby ensuring stable output, improved quality, and sustainable growth of its core products.
Hubei Meifeng Group Chairman Zeng Tieming attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He urged all departments to firmly uphold their sense of bottom lines, rigorously safeguarding safety, environmental protection, and quality standards. In terms of management, he emphasized the need for meticulous attention to detail—“embroidery‑level precision”—to close every potential loophole. He stressed that everyone is a manager: first and foremost, each individual must excel in their own role, stay grounded, and devote themselves wholeheartedly to their duties, ensuring that personal dedication and practical action contribute to the overall growth and success of the enterprise.
The meeting also outlined measures to enhance organizational effectiveness, planning to roll out flexible learning initiatives such as “micro‑training” across the company and encouraging employees to leverage spare moments to consolidate experience and refine their skills. The meeting called on all staff to stay focused on their roles, take proactive initiative, and, with a strong sense of responsibility and unwavering execution, unite in a powerful collective effort to drive the enterprise’s steady progress.
