To further advance the development of a learning organization and inspire a company-wide enthusiasm for learning, on April 2, 2026, the Human Resources Department of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. successfully hosted the “Liangjian Cloud: Achieving Results Through Learning” 2025 Annual Learning Summary and In-House Trainer Appointment Ceremony. With the theme “Building a Bright Future from Every Spare Moment,” outstanding individuals and teams in learning from across all departments, along with the 2025 in-house trainers, gathered to reflect on their learning experiences, share their growth achievements, and embark on a new chapter of continuous learning.
Executive Message: Lifelong Learning, Applying What You Learn
During the event, Director Wan Xiaopan delivered a compelling presentation titled “How Managers Can Communicate Effectively with Employees by ‘Connecting from the Heart,’” and then offered an enthusiastic address. Drawing on the core ethos of the learning organization, he outlined three key expectations:
First, commit to lifelong learning: in an era of rapid change, only continuous learning can sustain the competitiveness of both individuals and organizations. Second, set clear dreams and goals: learning should not be confined to the present but should align with long-term career and life aspirations. Third, put what you learn into practice: integrate your studies closely with your work and daily life so that knowledge truly translates into action and tangible results.
Mr. Wan’s speech struck a deep chord with everyone in attendance and set the overarching tone for the entire event: “learning empowers, and practice delivers results.”
Moment of Honor: Recognizing Learning Pioneers to Inspire Growth Across the Board
During the awards ceremony, the company recognized individuals and teams who demonstrated outstanding performance in learning on the “Liangjian Cloud” platform in 2025:
· “Learning Hour Expert” Award: Chen Rang and Xiong Jian (top two in total learning hours)
· “Fragment Master” Award: Chen Jilin and Long Qin (high learning frequency, short session lengths—truly putting fragmented learning into practice)
· “Leap” Award: Zheng Jie, Song Renzhi, and Wan Quan (for the fastest annual GPA growth)
· “Team Learning Pioneer” Award: Workshop No. 5 (highest average training hours per employee)
These honors not only recognize the academic achievements of the past year but also serve as a call for the continued growth of every member of our team.
