I build trust through quality—Hubei Meikai Holds the Launch Ceremony for "Quality Management in Action, Guided by Rules" Quality Month Event

On the morning of September 3, Hubei Meikai Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Meikai") solemnly held its 2025 thematic event titled "Quality Management in Compliance with Rules," along with the official launch ceremony for Quality Month. The ceremony was hosted by Liu Haoyu from the Quality Department, and a total of 78 participants attended, including company leaders, department managers, and employees from key positions across various divisions.
Liu Weiping, Head of the Quality Department, read out the "2025 Quality Month Activity Plan." He emphasized that this initiative aims to enhance everyone's awareness of quality and respect for regulations, fostering a quality culture characterized by "full participation and comprehensive management," thereby driving continuous improvement in product quality and supporting the company's efforts to build a robust quality culture. The activities will revolve around four key areas: GMP knowledge training, a GMP knowledge competition, identification of potential quality risks, and document reviews—strengthening adherence to rules and providing solid support for implementing "quality management under clear guidelines."
Huang Yaorong, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered an important speech. He fully acknowledged the significant achievements the company has made in recent years in quality management, as well as the enhanced quality awareness among employees. He emphasized that quality management is not only the responsibility of the production and quality departments—it involves every position and every employee across the company. Everyone must take center stage in quality management, working together to build a robust quality assurance system.
In his closing remarks, General Manager Liu Hao pointed out that this year's Quality Month theme is both highly relevant and practically valuable. He emphasized that only by adhering to the philosophy of "Managing quality within the framework of established rules" can we truly ensure product quality. Furthermore, he stressed that the key to effectively and efficiently implementing quality management lies in every employee's strict adherence to operational procedures.
At the ceremony's conclusion, General Manager Liu Hao officially announced the launch of Quality Month and took the lead by signing the "I Build Trust Through Quality" themed signature wall. Attendees enthusiastically responded, eagerly adding their names to the wall as a pledge, thereby expressing their unwavering commitment to upholding product quality.
The path to quality begins with respect for the rules and is sustained by a steadfast commitment to practice. Hubei Meikai will seize this Quality Month as an opportunity to unite the efforts of everyone, continuously enhancing product quality and solidifying the company’s reputation through excellence.
