On the afternoon of September 8, 2025, MFCI(Huanggang) held its third-quarter business management analysis meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Liu Qiao, with General Manager Liu Jianjun and mid-to-high-level management officials at or above the position of deputy director attending together.
This meeting aims to comprehensively summarize and analyze the business performance of the third quarter, focusing on management challenges and corresponding strategies. It seeks to further align thinking, build consensus, and clearly define the direction for the next phase of work. At the outset of the meeting, the Human Resources Department reported on the company-wide performance achievements. Following this, heads of various departments delivered focused presentations on the challenges, difficulties, and measures they’ve implemented in their respective areas of management, with a particular emphasis on pinpointing key pain points and ensuring the effective execution of proposed solutions. Meanwhile, leaders in charge provided insightful comments and highlighted the priority tasks for the fourth quarter.
In his concluding remarks, General Manager Liu Jianjun emphasized the need to continuously strengthen personnel management, firmly uphold the bottom lines of safety, environmental protection, and quality, and relentlessly refine strategies for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. He also urged accelerating the advancement of new project construction. At the same time, he highlighted the importance of placing great emphasis on talent development and fostering a positive team culture, laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable growth.
After the meeting, the company organized an outdoor team-building activity for mid-to-high-level managers and professional technical staff, themed "Unite Our Strengths, Co-create the Future."
