On the afternoon of August 27, MFCI(Huanggang) meticulously organized a special training session titled "A Comprehensive Guide to Training Instructors' Teaching Skills." This training focused on enhancing both the professional competence and teaching abilities of the company's internal trainer team, injecting fresh momentum into the company's talent development system while simultaneously strengthening the foundation of human resources essential for the enterprise's high-quality growth.

At the beginning of the training session, Zhang Yan, Deputy Director of the company’s Human Resources Department, delivered the opening remarks. She first extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all internal trainers for their active participation. Following this, she delved deeply into the "role positioning and core mission" of internal trainers. Zhang Yan emphasized that internal trainers are not only the "vanguard" among the company’s business leaders but also the "transmitters" of knowledge and expertise, as well as the "inheritors" of the company’s corporate culture. They play a crucial role as the vital bridge connecting the organization’s strategic vision with frontline execution, seamlessly linking job-specific experience with employees’ personal growth. She encouraged all the trainers present to embrace a "mindset of an empty cup," fully committing themselves to learning and development. Through systematic training, they will refine their skills in curriculum design, interactive facilitation, and classroom management—ultimately transforming themselves from mere "business experts" into true "training professionals."
To create a relaxed learning atmosphere, the training kicked off with a warm and fun icebreaker game titled "Let's Praise Our Wonderful Colleagues." Laughter and applause filled the room as participants quickly bonded over each other's heartfelt compliments, fostering a growing sense of trust and belonging—setting the perfect foundation for highly effective learning ahead.

During the core teaching session, professional trainers deliver a systematic course centered around six practical modules, blending theoretical depth with hands-on applicability: Building rapport to quickly connect with participants; sparking interest and capturing their attention; focusing on value to boost learners' motivation; employing the "Five Levels of Thinking" method to present content frameworks with clear logic; delivering compelling presentations that enhance persuasive communication; and concluding flawlessly to reinforce learning impressions and drive actionable takeaways. The course features numerous real-world business case studies, enabling internal trainers to master essential techniques in practice while significantly improving classroom engagement and ensuring the practical relevance of the content.
At the conclusion of the training, Liu Qiao, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a summarizing speech. He highly praised the crucial role internal trainers play in the company's talent development system, emphasizing that Huanggang Meifeng has always regarded "building a learning-oriented organization" as a key strategic priority. By adopting a dual-track approach—combining an "online training platform" with the "introduction of external experts"—the company continuously broadens employees' horizons and updates their knowledge frameworks, striving to cultivate versatile talents who are not only capable of "working effectively, communicating clearly, learning proactively, and thinking critically." Liu Qiao specifically highlighted that internal trainers, deeply rooted in the company's frontline operations, possess a profound understanding of the organization's real needs and business challenges. This enables them to meticulously tailor training content, address practical issues, and foster a mutually beneficial learning environment, ultimately helping the company overcome obstacles and inject fresh vitality into its growth.

To make the ideas more vivid and easy to understand, Liu Qiao also uses "Journey to the West" Taking the classic tale of the four disciples journeying to the West to retrieve Buddhist scriptures as an example, he vividly illustrated the importance of team collaboration and complementary strengths. He concluded by addressing all internal trainers: "A learning-oriented organization fosters continuous growth, while effective teamwork enables the organization to go further. I hope everyone will use this training as a fresh starting point—continuously improving yourselves, while also actively empowering your colleagues, so that together we can propel Huanggang Meifeng toward a new phase of higher-quality development."
In the era of the knowledge economy, a company's core competitiveness increasingly depends on the quality and capabilities of its talent—and internal training stands out as the most direct and effective way to empower employees, pass on valuable experience, standardize practices, and foster a unified corporate culture. At Huanggang Meifeng, our internal trainers have been deeply rooted in their roles for many years, accumulating rich hands-on experience and specialized expertise. They are truly the company's invaluable "internal assets."
