In early summer, with gentle breezes and warm sunshine, let’s meet by the shores of Liangzi Lake. .5 On the 30th of the month, Meifeng Group organized a team-building event themed “United in Two Cities, Pooling Strength; Collaborating on Research and Sales to Support Meifeng’s Progress.” Through a variety of engaging and interactive activities, the company fully showcased its spirit of unity, determination, and proactive advancement.
At the outset of the event, company leader Liu Qiao delivered a pre‑match pep talk, urging each team to perform at their best and achieve outstanding results. Following the rally, the warm‑up and ice‑breaking phase officially began, with lighthearted and engaging activities such as group massages and collective hand‑in‑hand stretches, helping all participants… Quickly integrate into the group and let go of fatigue. Amid laughter and cheerful chatter, foster a spirit of unity and harmony, laying a solid foundation for the efficient execution of future team-building activities.
At 10:00 a.m., the core team competition officially began. All participants were randomly divided into four teams, each of which promptly elected a captain. Working collaboratively and pooling their ideas, the teams collectively brainstormed team names, designed logos, crafted concise slogans, and choreographed group performance dances. The resolute, energetic slogans and vibrant team dances resonated throughout the event venue, vividly showcasing the spirited, ambitious, and enterprising ethos of Meifeng employees.
Following the showcase of individual talents, a series of team‑collaboration challenges took center stage. In the “Dragon’s Water‑Gathering” event, every team member assumed their role and worked in seamless harmony, with each participant giving their all to earn points for the team, demonstrating a strong sense of collective pride. In the “Drill‑in‑the‑Field” challenge, each team appointed a strategist and a commander to oversee operations, while team members followed orders and coordinated their efforts, honing their abilities in team leadership and resource allocation, communication and collaboration, and on‑the‑spot adaptability through an immersive competition.
In addition, engaging collaborative activities such as “Passing Through the Hoop in Unison,” “Untangling the Hand Chain,” and “Clapping While Saying Words” were held one after another. Through these successive team challenges, barriers were broken down, fully showcasing the Meifeng team’s strong commitment to efficient collaboration and a spirit of relentless striving.
After a morning of thrilling team competitions, all events concluded successfully. At noon, the event reached its exhilarating awards ceremony, where the winning and runner-up teams were announced one by one based on their cumulative scores. Each prize not only recognized their hard work but also served as a heartfelt commendation for every employee, prompting continuous applause and an atmosphere of great enthusiasm.
This team-building event, centered on collaboration and heartfelt connection, not only helped alleviate work-related stress and enrich our leisure activities but also further strengthened team cohesion and unity, thereby enhancing the R&D and sales teams’ capacity for coordinated synergy.
