On February 6, 2026 (the 19th day of the 12th month in the lunar calendar), Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held its “2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony & 2026 New Year’s Celebration” in a joyous and enthusiastic atmosphere. Company leaders, all employees, and specially invited guests gathered together to jointly review the past year’s journey of hard work, recognize outstanding performers, and look forward to the blueprint for the new year.
The annual meeting kicked off in a cheerful, warm-up atmosphere. At 3:29 p.m., the solemn and grand awards ceremony officially began. The host first led everyone in reciting the company’s corporate culture, fostering consensus and igniting team spirit.
At the awards ceremony, General Manager Liu Jianjun delivered a speech in which he stated that, looking back on 2025, despite a complex operating environment, all employees worked together with unity and determination, achieving solid progress in areas such as pilot production of new products, quality and safety management, and talent development—and earning EcoVadis Gold Certification. In 2026, the company will focus on key priorities including safety, production capacity, quality, and IT integration, guided by the principles of “proactive advancement and internal optimization,” while calling on every member of the organization to keep striving and work together toward the vision of becoming a global leader in the ultraviolet absorber industry.
During the recognition ceremony, Vice General Manager Liu Qiao read out the “Notice on Commending Advanced Individuals for 2025,” officially kicking off the award presentation. The notice fully acknowledged the hard work and outstanding contributions of all employees over the past year, while clearly outlining the guiding principles and significance of the commendation.
Subsequently, the Chairman of the Board and the Directors took to the stage one after another to present awards to the collectives and individuals honored as “Outstanding Meifeng People,” “Red Flag Work Teams,” and “6S Excellence Teams.” The CFO, Director of Safety & Environmental Protection, Deputy Chief Engineer, Director of Quality, Executive Vice General Manager, and General Manager each presented a variety of awards, including “Learning Star,” “Outstanding New Hire,” “Best Mentor,” “Award for Outstanding Progress,” “Outstanding Employee,” “Outstanding Engineer,” “Outstanding Team Leader,” “Innovation Award,” and “Outstanding Manager,” thereby extending high recognition to employees who have demonstrated exceptional performance in their respective roles.
Outstanding employee representatives Teng Zhaoyang and Ke Yongjie also took to the stage to deliver heartfelt and moving acceptance speeches, sharing their personal growth and insights.
After the recognition ceremony concluded, a series of exciting raffles and cultural performances followed in quick succession. The moving opening song, “Don’t Panic—There’s Moonlight When the Sun Sets,” and the high‑energy dance “Full Throttle” were met with round after round of applause. The successive draws for the Lucky Prize, Third Prize, Second Prize, First Prize, and even the heart‑stopping Grand Prize (a Xiaomi laptop) ignited the audience’s enthusiasm time and again, filling the venue with nonstop laughter and joyful cheers.
Finally, all attendees gathered for a warm and lavish dinner, and as they raised their glasses in celebration and exchanged heartfelt wishes, the annual meeting came to a successful close.
This year’s annual conference is not only a grand event to recognize outstanding individuals and share achievements, but also a comprehensive mobilization to unite hearts and chart a course for the future. It fully showcases the spirit of unity, relentless progress, and high morale among the people of Huanggang Meifeng, while sounding the clarion call for the company to forge ahead with determination in 2026 and create new glories.
