As the numbers on the large screen change from… 10 The countdown clock leaps to 1, and the rousing countdown ignites the entire venue with enthusiasm. The host’s voiceover rings out, officially announcing the start of Meifeng Group’s 2026 Spring Festival Gala!
The colleagues from Huangshi Hanwei and Meifeng Technology jointly presented the opening dance, “A Promising Start.” With flags flying high and rhythmic, powerful dance moves, the performance instantly heightened the atmosphere in the venue, perfectly capturing the spirited demeanor of Meifeng’s people as they spur their horses on and race ahead with unwavering determination.
As the dance came to a close, the four hosts made a dazzling entrance. With passionate and enthusiastic words, they extended their heartfelt greetings and gratitude to the leaders, guests, and all colleagues who had graced the venue with their presence.
Amid thunderous applause from the entire audience, Group Chairman Zeng Tieming took to the stage to deliver his New Year’s message. The Chairman’s speech was both a heartfelt acknowledgment of the hard work and dedication of all employees over the past year and a profound expression of his earnest hopes for the Group’s development in the new year. Every word carried immense weight, inspiring everyone to forge ahead with renewed vigor and injecting powerful momentum into every member of the Meifeng family.
A visual and auditory feast, showcasing brilliant flair!
The performances at this year’s annual conference were nothing short of spectacular, with colleagues from each subsidiary taking the stage in turn to deliver a high‑quality audio‑visual feast, showcasing the multifaceted talents of Meifeng people.
Meifeng Technology, together with colleagues Huangshi Hanwei, performed the guitar‑acoustic rendition of “Glorious Years.” The melodious tune, paired with heartfelt vocals, took everyone on a journey back through their struggles and tribulations, paying tribute to every instance of steadfast dedication and unwavering perseverance.
The dance “We Charge Forward” by Meifeng New Materials is brimming with energy, showcasing a fearless and determined spirit in every step—truly a vivid portrayal of Meifeng Group’s relentless pursuit of progress while overcoming obstacles. The performance by 13 colleagues from Hubei Meikai… “Human Worldly Life” Gentle and moving, it uses lively, graceful dance movements to sketch a heartwarming picture of serene, peaceful years; the duet “…” by Jingmen Meifeng… Lantern Festival 》It perfectly blends the elegant charm of ancient style with romantic beauty, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the unique allure of traditional festivals. Seven colleagues from Meifeng Chemical took to the stage to perform the dance “…”. Brightness The dancers, with their resolute steps and spirited posture, embodied the belief that “no matter how long the road ahead may be, there will always be light to accompany us,” vividly showcasing the spirit of Meifeng’s people—unafraid of challenges and ever in pursuit of hope—and deeply moving every audience member present.
In addition, performances such as the choral pieces “Change Yourself” and “Don’t Panic—The Moonlight Shines When the Sun Sets,” the solo “Trap,” and the song-and-dance number “Secretly Obsessed” took turns on stage, some soaring with passionate intensity, others offering gentle, healing melodies. Each performance was infused with the performers’ hard work and dedication, earning thunderous applause from the audience.
Lucky draw, endless surprises!
The most anticipated lottery draw of the annual meeting ran throughout the entire event, with an overwhelming array of prizes bringing one surprise after another to the audience. From the heartwarming lucky draws to the sequential unveiling of the fifth, fourth, third, and second prizes, culminating in the grand finale—the highly coveted first prize—each round of the lottery was utterly thrilling.
Leaders from each subsidiary took to the stage in turn to draw prizes for the lucky winners. As each number was called out, the colleagues who had won erupted in cheers, their joy evident on their faces. Even those who didn’t win were undeterred, because every bit of anticipation was filled with happiness—and everyone was jointly savoring this exclusive benefit reserved for Meifeng people.
Interactive games, brimming with joy!
To make the annual meeting even more lively, two rounds of highly engaging interactive games were set up on site, instantly igniting everyone’s enthusiasm to participate.
In the game “Support the Frontline,” three teams quickly assembled, with players working together in perfect harmony to collect supplies such as “left-foot shoes,” “coats,” and “mobile phones.” Their seamless coordination showcased the team’s strong sense of unity. The game “Herd the ‘Horses’ into the Stable” was brimming with childlike charm: players wielded fans to herd “little horses” toward the “stable,” their comical antics sending the entire audience into fits of laughter. The games not only brought bursts of joy and laughter but also brought colleagues closer together, allowing everyone to experience the warmth of the team in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
Time Capsule: A Message to the Future
The heartwarming highlight of the annual meeting was undoubtedly the specially curated “Time Capsule” segment. As early as when attendees entered, each colleague received a primary ticket and a secondary ticket—while the secondary tickets were used for the raffle, the primary tickets served as vessels to hold their heartfelt wishes.
Guided by the host, everyone eagerly picked up their pens and wrote down their hopes for 2026 on the official vouchers—whether it was a professional goal or a personal wish. Once the heartfelt wishes were folded and placed in the collection box, the Group would seal them away, to be opened again at next year’s annual meeting, witnessing the budding and flourishing of each dream. These small yet meaningful wishes are not only a glimpse into the future but also the driving force that propels the Meifeng team forward with courage and determination.
Leaders’ Messages: Charting a New Course
During the break between the raffle and the performances, Ke Shenghui, General Manager of Meifeng Chemical, took to the stage to deliver a speech and propose a toast. The General Manager first expressed his gratitude to all employees for their hard work over the past year, then reviewed the Group’s achievements in the previous year and outlined his vision for the coming year’s work. He emphasized that in the new year, we must uphold the belief of “doing our best,” unite our team’s strength, and forge ahead with determination toward the goal of “gathering momentum to reach far.”
