On the afternoon of November 10, 2022, the office of the East District Project Department of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huanggang Meifeng") held a meeting to explain epidemic prevention and control, attended by the heads of various construction units who signed the "Epidemic Prevention and Control Responsibility Notification."
On the afternoon of November 10, 2022, the office of the East District Project Department of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Huanggang Meifeng') held a meeting to explain epidemic prevention and control, attended by heads of various construction units who signed the 'Epidemic Prevention and Control Responsibility Notification Letter'.
Deputy Chief Engineer Xu Wenli pointed out that the current epidemic prevention and control situation is severe and complex, with a high risk of hidden virus transmission. The East District of Huanggang Meifeng is currently in the construction season, with construction personnel coming from all over the country, making the personnel situation complex and highly mobile. Heads of all construction units must ensure strict oversight and real-time reporting, requiring all construction personnel to effectively carry out personal protective measures.
Deputy General Manager Liu Qiao further emphasized that epidemic prevention and control are equally important as safety production. To strictly implement epidemic control responsibilities and build a tight line of defense for collective prevention and control, ensuring the safety and health of employees, all incoming construction personnel must strictly fulfill their reporting, cooperation, and protection responsibilities. Anyone who fails to fulfill these responsibilities and causes serious consequences will be held legally accountable in accordance with the law and regulations.
At the end of the meeting, Long Qin, head of the administrative department, distributed the 'Epidemic Prevention and Control Responsibility Notification Letter' to representatives of each construction party. The representatives read it carefully and, after fully understanding it, signed the notification letter.
Epidemic prevention and control is everyone's responsibility! There are no outsiders in the fight against the epidemic; everyone is part of a community of shared fate and responsibility. It is believed that under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and government, Huanggang Meifeng will further enhance the sense of urgency that cannot wait, the sense of crisis that cannot be slow, and the sense of responsibility that cannot sit idle, working together with a unified mindset and effort to build a solid defense line for epidemic prevention and control, striving to win this battle against the epidemic.
