Huanggang Meifeng held an internship student seminar

To promote "industry-education cooperation and integration of work and study," comprehensively deepen school-enterprise cooperation, align supply and demand, enhance the quality of talent training, and jointly cultivate high-quality talents needed by enterprises, Huanggang Meifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huanggang Meifeng") introduced a total of 12 interns from Huanggang Normal University and the Emergency Management College in the 2022 school-enterprise cooperation. To fully understand the growth of the interns, enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the company, establish effective communication channels between the interns and the company, and create a good corporate culture atmosphere, on December 2, the Human Resources Department of Huanggang Meifeng organized an intern symposium. All interns and relevant department leaders attended this meeting.

At the beginning of the symposium, Deputy General Manager Liu Qiao delivered an opening speech: Huanggang Meifeng has always adhered to the concept of cherishing and caring for talents, and valuing the care for college students. It is important for students to realize their life value when entering society from school, to combine the theoretical knowledge learned in school with practice, apply it to work, continuously learn, enhance their own value, seize opportunities, and showcase their talents. In conclusion, he expressed hope that everyone would choose to stay at Meifeng in the future, as Meifeng would be wonderful because of them.
Subsequently, the meeting invited Deputy General Manager Chen Chunhong to share his employment experience. As a benchmark figure at Meifeng and an outstanding alumnus of Huanggang Normal University, he joined Huanggang Meifeng in 2011, witnessing the growth of the company from its initial stage with only mud brick equipment to now having safe, reliable, and advanced technology. He stated that the company welcomes capable and passionate individuals, providing ample development space for employees. As long as one persists and learns more, everyone has opportunities and a bright future!
The meeting also invited excellent graduate seniors to share their experiences. They collectively mentioned that for college students about to enter society, the most important thing is to grasp the change in mindset, learn technology well, and work diligently. The sense of achievement and satisfaction gained from serious work is incomparable to anything else. The company also believes that the internship phase is a transitional stage for students entering society, and hopes that with the help of leaders and colleagues, they can successfully and smoothly complete the role transition.
During the subsequent symposium, the interns actively spoke up, sharing their insights and gains from the internship phase. They said that the knowledge from books is both similar and different from the knowledge in actual work. They used the knowledge learned in school to solve practical problems while also expanding their knowledge through actual work. Meifeng provided them with a space for growth and a stage to showcase themselves. The leaders and colleagues at Meifeng are teachers, friends, and family. In the days to come, they hope everyone can work hand in hand and discuss the future together!
In the following interactive session, several rounds of games were held, and all participants actively engaged, sharing snacks and laughing together, creating a pleasant and warm atmosphere.
After the joyful game session, the event approached its conclusion. Finally, the meeting invited Workshop Director Song Renzhi to give a concluding speech.
In a group photo, the event officially came to a close. In future work, Huanggang Meifeng will continue to explore the model of school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, continuously expanding the depth and breadth of internship work, and jointly cultivating outstanding talents in the industry. Building dreams at Meifeng, bravely climbing to new heights; growing together and discussing the future! Our tomorrow with Meifeng will never end!
