The meeting was hosted by Technical Director Wang Zhigang, with participation from general managers of various companies and all technical R&D personnel.
At the meeting, Technical Director Wang Zhigang presented the revised three-year plan for MFCI technology and reported on a series of activities organized for the 30th anniversary celebration of MFCI, aimed at the technical R&D team.
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party emphasizes that we must adhere to the principle that science and technology are the primary productive forces, talent is the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force. It calls for the deep implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy, opening up new fields and new tracks for development, and continuously shaping new momentum and advantages for development. To organically combine the emphasized content of the 20th National Congress with the work of the enterprise, the company awarded a total of 20 awards during the meeting, with a total prize money exceeding one million yuan, to encourage everyone to engage in various technological innovation efforts. The meeting concluded successfully in a warm discussion atmosphere, achieving the expected results and providing direction for the subsequent work of all technical R&D staff.
After the meeting, Chairman Zeng Tieming delivered a speech titled 'Achievements and Challenges,' affirming the achievements of MFCI technology R&D in recent years. He emphasized that as the company has developed to this point, we will face enormous challenges; there is no way back, and only by moving forward can we have a bright future. Everyone should actively practice the corporate core value of 'doing well in oneself,' adhere to technological innovation, refine our products, and pay attention to the details of technological management innovation and service work.
This award ceremony fully promoted the spirit of innovation within the enterprise and established a model for innovative teams. Individuals and teams that bravely promote production organization innovation and technological innovation should be rewarded and publicized through multiple channels.
