In May, Huanggang Meifeng held launch ceremony for "Safe Production Month".
June this year is the 23rd "safe production month" in China, with the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies-smooth passage of life". On May 31, Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huanggang Meifeng") held the launching ceremony of "Safe Production Month.
The Work Safety Committee has fully deployed related work. During the one-month period, it will carry out missions and education activities with rich content, diverse situations, and full participation around the theme of this year's activities.
At the launching ceremony, General Manager Liu Jianjun made an opening speech. He first explained the theme of the Safety Activity Month to everyone, and then said that in the past year's work, facing the complex and changeable external environment and internal challenges, we have always adhered to the "safety First, prevention first, comprehensive management" policy, continuously optimize the safety production management system, strengthen the construction of safety culture, and have achieved a series of inspiring results.
He stressed that in the face of achievements, we still need to stay awake. There is no end to safe production, only a starting point, and every "zero accident" is a new beginning. The road to safety has a long way to go. Starting from me, starting from now on, we should pay attention to safety awareness deeply rooted in our hearts, smooth the life safety channel with practical actions, and jointly protect our company, so as to build a safety barrier for the steady development of the company and the happy life of employees.
Chen Chunhong, vice president of production, put forward two work instructions: first, strengthen the sense of responsibility and everyone is a safety guardian. Every employee is a direct participant and beneficiary of the company's safety production. We must realize that safety is not someone else's business, but everyone's business. From production line operators to office administrators, from senior managers to front-line employees, everyone must become a safety expert in their own positions, so that "I am responsible for my position, and I am in charge of my safety"; second, Improve emergency response capabilities and show your skills at critical moments. The speed and efficiency of emergency response are directly related to the severity of the consequences of the accident. We will increase emergency training to ensure that every employee can master the emergency response process. Whether it is initial fire fighting, emergency evacuation, or self-rescue and mutual rescue skills, we must have a clear idea and have a plan in hand.
In view of the safety production management of the workshop, Zheng Caiyou, vice minister of the production department, put forward three requirements: first, improve safety awareness. Safety awareness is the basis of safety production, we should actively organize and participate in various forms of safety education activities, so that every employee is deeply aware of the importance of safety production, enhance safety awareness. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen safety training to ensure that employees master the necessary safety knowledge and skills, and integrate knowledge and action; second, improve safety emergency response capabilities. Emergency response capability is the key to deal with emergencies and ensure production safety. We must carefully organize and actively participate in emergency fire fighting competitions, comprehensive emergency fire drills and other activities to improve the emergency response speed and handling capabilities of employees. At the same time, it is necessary to carefully check the status of emergency material reserves to ensure that rescue can be carried out quickly and effectively in emergency situations; third, create a safety culture atmosphere. Safety culture is the soul of enterprise safety production. We should actively participate in the safety knowledge competition, safety protoplasmic competition and other activities organized and held by the Ministry of safety and environment, so as to create a strong safety culture atmosphere and let employees receive safety education imperceptibly. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen safety publicity work, use banners, slogans, billboards and other forms to popularize safety knowledge and improve the safety quality of employees.
Safety Director Wan Xiaopan read out Huanggang Meifeng's 2024 safety production activity plan. He demanded that the company should further strengthen the company's safety production publicity and education work, implement the main responsibility of safety production, enhance the safety awareness of all employees, strengthen the safety red line awareness, enhance the emergency self-rescue ability and mutual rescue ability, and ensure the continuous stability of the company's safety production situation.
