Safety is the bottom line, red line, and lifeline of corporate development. On May 29, Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the launch ceremony for its 2026 “Safe Production Month.”
This Safety Month is themed with “ Everyone talks about safety, and everyone knows how to respond to emergencies—identifying and addressing risks and hazards. ” With this theme as the focus, a series of initiatives—including hazard identification and rectification, emergency response drills, and safety‑skills competitions—will be implemented to further strengthen safety awareness across all employees, deepen the identification and remediation of risks and hazards, and solidify the company’s foundation for safe production.
At the launch ceremony, Wan Xiaopan, the company’s Safety Director, delivered a mobilization address. He emphasized that workplace safety is critical to the stable operation of the enterprise and to the immediate interests of every employee, and that it is the responsibility of each and every staff member. Drawing on recent industry‑wide accident cases, he cautioned all personnel to resolutely avoid complacency and laxity, to closely monitor key positions and critical production processes, and to conduct thorough inspections and rectification of potential safety hazards. He urged everyone to maintain a constant sense of responsibility—“always keeping safety top of mind”—to strictly adhere to safety operating procedures, and to fortify the company’s safety‑production defense.
Director Song of the Production Management Department, speaking in conjunction with frontline production operations, stated that ensuring workplace safety requires a rigorous, tiered accountability system and that any form of complacency must be firmly eliminated. With a spirit of vigilance, we must address hazard rectification with zero tolerance. At the same time, it was emphasized that safety management hinges on the grassroots level; only through the proactive fulfillment of duties by all employees and self-inspection and self-correction at their respective posts can we effectively prevent and mitigate various safety risks at their source, thereby substantially enhancing the enterprise’s intrinsic safety standards.
At the meeting, Director Teng of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department announced the detailed schedule for this month’s Work Safety Month, outlining four key priorities: self-inspection and rectification of potential hazards, a safety‑knowledge competition, a comprehensive emergency‑response drill, and an emergency‑skills contest. By adopting a diversified approach that combines theory with hands-on practice and competition with real‑world scenarios, the initiative aims to comprehensively enhance employees’ safe‑operation skills and their ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, all attendees jointly took a safety oath, raising their right fists in solemn pledge. The resolute and powerful words echoed throughout the venue, each phrase imbued with unwavering conviction, fully demonstrating the entire workforce’s steadfast commitment to upholding the safety bottom line, fulfilling safety responsibilities, and staying true to our original aspiration for safety.
I solemnly pledge to: always prioritize safety and strictly follow operating procedures; comply with safety regulations and fulfill my safety responsibilities; rigorously adhere to rules and standards and continuously enhance my safety skills; and, through concrete actions, ensure the sustained and stable safe production of the enterprise!
This launch ceremony officially marks the commencement of this year’s Safety Production Month activities. Moving forward, the company will remain firmly aligned with the campaign’s theme, integrate safety management requirements into every stage of daily operations, and rigorously implement all safety measures to ensure the continued stability of the enterprise’s production safety situation.
