With our original aspiration as firm as a rock, we will fulfill our mission and unite our hearts and efforts to embark on a new journey. 2 On the 12th of the month, all employees of Hubei Meikai Chemical and distinguished guests gathered together to jointly witness the highlight moment of the 2026 annual conference themed “Be Your Best – Unite Strength for Long-Term Success.” Amid applause and joyful songs, we pay tribute to every act of dedication and contribution, ushering in a brand‑new chapter of development for 2026.
A Moment of Glory: Every name deserves to be remembered.
The “Outstanding Employee – A Spark That Becomes a Flame” award was presented to 10 colleagues, including Wang Xiaofang and Yang Mei. They are steadfast keepers who persevere day in and day out, ordinary individuals who achieve extraordinary things in their everyday roles. They may not have earth‑shattering stories or grandiose declarations, but they do embody a sense of earnest responsibility and commitment. By seeing every task through to completion and turning tiny sparks into a vast galaxy of light, they forge the extraordinary from the ordinary. As the award recipients took their honor certificates, thunderous applause erupted from the audience—both a testament to their past efforts and a powerful source of inspiration for all Meikai employees to embrace a spirit of hard work and practical action.
The “Operational Expert – Artisanry at Your Fingertips” honor was awarded to six colleagues, including Chen Shikai, Lü Ning, and Ye Chunhong. They have devoted themselves to the front line of production, honing precision down to the smallest fraction of a millimeter and seeking breakthroughs through relentless repetition. With a pair of skilled hands and a steadfast heart, they transform “knowing how to do” into “doing well,” turning “completion” into “perfection,” safeguarding product quality with professionalism and unwavering dedication.
The “5S Collective Award” ultimately went to the Precision Baking and Packaging Workshop. The workshop has consistently upheld high standards and stringent requirements, focusing deeply on meticulous management and rigorously controlling all parameters. With its standardized, efficient operations and a commitment to continuous improvement, it has become a model for all departments to emulate—this honor is well deserved.
The honor of “Model Worker – Ten Years Consistent” was bestowed upon Gu Renbing and Liu Xiaoyan, two colleagues who have been rooted in the company for more than a decade. They have witnessed the company’s evolution, growing from greenhorn apprentices into mentors who now train their own apprentices. For ten years they have remained true to their original aspirations, and through ten years of dedicated effort, they have reaped abundant rewards, earning the heartfelt applause of all their colleagues.
The “Outstanding Cadre – Leading with Unity” award was presented to cadres Liu Weiping and Hong Jian. They are both frontline commanders who charge ahead and the steadfast supporters who lift up their teams from behind. The late-night lights in their offices, the meticulously refined plans discussed again and again during post‑mortem meetings, and the countless challenges they’ve led their teams to overcome—these quiet, dedicated efforts will eventually resonate under the spotlight.
Lucky Moments: Heartbeats and Cheers
The names on the big screen scrolled by at lightning speed, and the entire venue held its breath in an instant, every heartbeat tightening in anticipation. As the winning list was announced, waves of cheers and applause erupted, filling the hall with warmth and joy.
The lucky draw was kicked off by General Manager Huang, General Manager Nie, and General Manager Luo, with 18 colleagues walking away with health‑care kettle sets. A simple gift and a heartfelt reminder—“It’s cold out; remember to drink more hot water”—instantly warmed the hearts of everyone present.
The third and second prizes were drawn one by one by Liu Hao, General Manager of Meikai Chemical, accompanied by the company’s leaders. Each winning colleague’s face was filled with joy and surprise, as applause and cheers echoed continuously.
Two solo performances interspersed throughout the event pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Song Shilong from the Production Department delivered a powerful rendition of “Only Those Who Dare to Strive Will Succeed,” his voice deep and resonant, each word and phrase conveying the heartfelt determination of Meikai’s people to face adversity head-on and forge ahead with unwavering courage. Meanwhile, Chen Yong’s tender and melodious rendition of “The Waves Still Echo” spoke of steadfast commitment and unshakable初心, earning thunderous applause from the entire audience and elevating the atmosphere to its peak.
The most anticipated first prize—the Huawei tablet—was unveiled in person by Zeng Tieming, Chairman of Meifeng Group. The super lucky winner was Zhang Wenbo from Jinghongbao, whose excitement and joy were palpable. Words cannot express it.
Departure Time: Mountains and rivers in the cup, light in the eyes.
Amid bursts of laughter and cheerful chatter, the annual meeting drew to a close, and the warm, harmonious luncheon commenced as scheduled. Amid thunderous applause, Liu Hao, General Manager of Hubei Meikai Chemical, raised his glass and stepped onto the stage to deliver a speech. He fondly looked back on the hard work and shared struggles of all colleagues over the past year, expressing heartfelt gratitude for everyone’s efforts and dedication, and extended his best wishes for the New Year: “This year, I’d like to thank you all for your hard work and unwavering support. In the new year, I wish each of you good health, smooth progress in your work, happiness for your families, and success in all that you do!”
