Hubei Meifeng Group Holds Its 2025 Annual Summary Meeting | Uniting Strengths to Pursue Long‑Term Goals and Embark on a New Journey of High‑Quality Development

From January 14 to 15, 2026, the Hubei Meifeng Group’s 2025 Annual Summary Meeting was successfully held at the Xiantao Mianyang Swan Lake Resort Hotel. Led by Chairman Zeng Tieming, senior leaders and core management personnel from all group companies gathered to conduct a comprehensive review of the year’s development achievements and to strategically plan for future directions.
At the meeting, the heads of each company successively reported on their overall operational performance in 2025 and their development strategies for 2026. In 2025, the Group’s various business segments made steady progress, achieving phased results in areas such as quality enhancement, technological exploration, and standardized operations, while the core businesses maintained a robust growth trajectory. In 2026, each company will focus on its core development objectives, concentrate on building its own capabilities, optimize operational management processes, proactively mitigate various development risks, and continuously strengthen the foundations of corporate growth.
Zeng Tieming, Chairman of the Group, delivered an important speech, emphasizing that the industry has entered a stable and mature phase, and that the Group must stay grounded and forge ahead with solid steps. He stated that in the future, the Group will focus its efforts on five key areas: first, uphold the quality baseline and continuously refine the end-to-end quality management system; second, fortify the safety and environmental protection defenses while embracing a green and sustainable development philosophy; third, strengthen innovation-driven development and persistently explore effective pathways for integrating technology with industry; fourth, optimize business models to enhance market adaptability and overall service efficiency; and fifth, streamline internal management to comprehensively elevate the company’s modern operational standards and steadily advance toward its established development vision.
On the morning of the 15th, the Group held a simultaneous senior-level learning and exchange meeting. Several management representatives shared their practical insights and learning reflections on topics such as management thinking, risk prevention and control, and corporate growth, offering diverse perspectives to support the Group’s development. Subsequently, Zeng Tieming delivered a special address centered on customer needs, emphasizing that the Group will continuously enhance its customer service quality and foster long‑term, stable, mutually beneficial partnerships through multi‑dimensional initiatives—including problem identification and resolution, clear accountability, process optimization, and value delivery.
This conference fostered a shared vision for the organization’s development and clearly defined the core direction of “grounding ourselves in our strengths while enhancing quality and boosting efficiency.” Moving forward, Hubei Meifeng Group will continue to focus on building core capabilities, driving high‑quality enterprise development with a steady and pragmatic approach, and striving to write a new chapter in the industry’s evolution.
