Wind and Snow Cannot Hinder Production—Working Together to Clear Snow and Pave the Way | Meikai Chemical Employees Bravely Tackle Snowstorms to Safeguard the Production Frontline

After Last night’s relentless wind and snow had blanketed the Meikai Chemical plant area in a sea of white. At 9:00 a.m. on January 20, 2026, with the storm still raging, the main thoroughfare of the plant was already bustling with intense snow‑removal efforts—led by Production Director Liu Weiping, colleagues from the Production Department and Quality Department worked side by side, wielding shovels and wooden boards as they launched a “Snowstorm–Roadway Maintenance Battle” along the plant’s primary access route.
To ensure that raw materials and supplies are delivered to each production workshop on time, and that finished products can be shipped promptly, this small team—led by the minister and composed of core cadres—has been fighting tirelessly in the bitter cold. The icy winds have flushed their cheeks red, and snowflakes have soaked their work uniforms, yet not a single person has retreated. The sounds of shoveling snow, footsteps, and calls blend together to form the most rousing melody of struggle in the winter months.

Under his leadership, After more than two hours of continuous work, all major logistics channels, inspection routes, warehouses, and workshop entrances and exits have been fully cleared and restored to normal operation.
Though the depths of winter may be biting, nothing can match the burning warmth of the human heart; though wind and snow may rage, they cannot slow the steady march of those who shoulder responsibility. Each time a team member bends low to wield a shovel, it is a testament to their unwavering commitment to their duties; each stretch of clear road is a safeguard for safe production. With their bare hands, the team members dispel the bitter cold and, through collaboration, overcome every challenge, vividly embodying the spirit of Meikai’s workers: “braving difficulties, daring to fight tough battles, and working together in unity!”
