Time etches the marks of our relentless progress, while the passage of years bears witness to the power of our growth. On January 8, 2026, the Meikai Chemical 2025 Year-End Summary Meeting and Annual Learning & Recognition Ceremony was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Experimental Building. Company leaders, heads of all departments, and managers at or above the supervisor level gathered together to jointly review our journey thus far and look forward to a brand‑new vision. Guests invited to attend the meeting included Zeng Tieming, Chairman of Meifeng Group; Ke Shenghui, General Manager of Meifeng Chemical; Tong Liguo, Deputy General Manager; and Wang Zhigang, Chief Technology Officer.
At the outset of the meeting, heads of each department took to the stage one by one to deliver their annual work reports. The reports provided a comprehensive review of the achievements made in 2025 and highlighted areas where improvements were needed in our work. In light of the company’s development plan, the meeting clarified the strategic direction and key initiatives for 2026, laying a solid foundation for the orderly execution of subsequent tasks.
Company leaders Huang Yaorong, Nie Hongwu, and Luo Weizheng offered their respective comments and summaries. Ke Shenghui, General Manager of Meifeng Chemical, and Tong Liguo, Deputy General Manager, expressed their confidence in the market outlook and encouraged the team to stay firmly focused on their goals, work diligently and meticulously, and refine and optimize existing products. Technical Director Wang Zhigang provided professional guidance to strengthen the company’s safety defenses and enhance its technological competitiveness.
General Manager Liu Hao shared his profound insights on corporate management. He pointed out that, with intensifying market competition and downward pressure on prices, it is crucial to adopt multiple measures to reduce management costs, conserve energy and cut consumption, and eliminate waste. To address the challenges of an aging workforce and skill gaps, we must focus on attracting, rotating, and optimizing talent, while fostering continuous learning to enhance capabilities and address weak areas. The 2025 annual plan has been successfully completed. Moving forward into 2026, we hope that all employees will take “fulfilling duties and responsibilities” as our fundamental principle and “achieving meaningful results” as our ultimate goal, uniting our hearts and minds to jointly drive development.
Zeng Tieming, Chairman of the Group, delivered a concluding speech. He outlined three core requirements: First, as the market, regulations, management, and production continue to evolve, we must further refine our annual work plans to ensure that all tasks are implemented effectively and yield tangible results; second, in the face of intense market competition, we must tap into our internal potential, improve first-pass yield and recovery rates, and enhance our competitive edge; third, we must maintain high equipment integrity and prioritize the selection of environmentally friendly, energy‑efficient, and high‑quality equipment during equipment upgrades and renovations, thereby supporting the company’s green development. In closing, Chairman Zeng offered heartfelt encouragement to all employees: “There are always more solutions than obstacles—so long as we stay grounded and work diligently, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.”
The core competitive advantage of enterprise development lies in talent, and the fundamental path to talent growth is through learning. The conference solemnly unveiled the annual Learning Recognition Awards, paying tribute to those role models who relentlessly pursue knowledge.
Company leaders and特邀 guests presented honorary certificates and cash prizes to the outstanding individuals recognized for their annual learning achievements. The bright red certificates reflected proud, beaming faces, while thunderous applause conveyed heartfelt admiration.
The old year has unfurled a thousand layers of brocade; as the new year dawns, we set our sights on reaching even greater heights. 2025 has already become a thing of the past, and the journey ahead into 2026 has officially begun. All Meikai employees will take this conference as a fresh starting point—empowering growth through learning, driving development with innovation, and forging the future through relentless effort, together ushering in a new chapter of high‑quality corporate development!
