From the very beginning of Meifeng’s establishment, Wan Qiue has been deeply rooted here. Over the past fourteen years, she has been repeatedly honored with titles such as “Advanced Individual” and “Outstanding Team Leader.” In her work, she bravely takes responsibility and demonstrates dedication and commitment, consistently putting the core value of “being true to oneself” into practice through concrete actions.
Accepting the Mission in a Time of Crisis: Tackling the "Hard Nut" of the New Project
As the company rapidly expanded and new projects continued to grow, at the beginning of 2025, trial production for the new projects was set to begin, leaving the cleanroom temporarily short of qualified management personnel. At this critical juncture, the company assigned her the responsibility of overseeing the production management of three products within the cleanroom of the new workshop. Faced with multiple challenges—including new equipment, novel processes, and a shortage of staff—especially during the crucial phase of trial production, this was undoubtedly an extremely daunting task. Yet she didn’t hesitate in the slightest and resolutely stepped up to take on the responsibility.
She rose to the challenge and studied diligently. The new workshop is equipped with brand-new, highly automated machinery, and each type of equipment corresponds to a different production process. She humbly sought advice from others, immersed herself in the field, organized training sessions, and actively participated in commissioning work, devoting herself wholeheartedly to mastering all relevant parameters. To determine the optimal processing conditions for screw-blade drying, she worked side by side with her colleagues, often staying late into the night. Even when she caught a severe cold and suffered from persistent coughing, despite the workshop’s recommendation that she take a break, she insisted on remaining at her post. She said, “The pilot production is so intense—we must get the equipment commissioned as soon as possible, compile the production data, stabilize the process, and start producing qualified products at an early date.” Thanks to everyone’s joint efforts, the workshop successfully completed the pilot production and commissioning within a relatively short period, producing qualified products on the very first try.
Passing on the Torch: Empowering Team Growth Through Experience
She is eager to help others and pass on her experience. As an experienced shift leader in the cleanroom, she not only excels in her own work and has been repeatedly recognized for her outstanding performance, but also frequently assists other workshop shift leaders, offering patient guidance and working together to achieve mutual improvement. She actively organizes and conducts training sessions on safe operating procedures and quality standards, thereby fostering the overall growth of the team. Under her leadership and mentorship, several team members have successfully passed the company’s competitive selection process and taken on management positions in the cleanroom.
For many years, Wan Qiue Always putting the company’s development needs first, she actively adapts to rotations and challenges across different positions, gaining valuable experience and growing steadily in multiple roles. She is down-to-earth and reliable, earning the full confidence of her superiors. With an exceptionally strong sense of responsibility, she proactively drives work forward without needing constant supervision, always taking on her duties with a sense of ownership and quietly making dedicated contributions.
