On September 28, the Human Resources Department of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. organized a new employee seminar, aimed at demonstrating the company's emphasis and care for new employees, enhancing their sense of identity and belonging to the company, and helping them quickly integrate into the company team. New employees from various departments and relevant responsible persons were invited to participate in this event.
On September 28, the Human Resources Department of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. organized a new employee seminar, aimed at demonstrating the company's emphasis and care for new employees, enhancing their sense of identity and belonging to the company, and helping them quickly integrate into the company team. New employees from various departments and relevant responsible persons were invited to participate in this event.
First, the participants watched the video "MFCI Meifeng's First Lesson." The video provided a detailed introduction to the company's production and operation scope, business philosophy, development history, and future development direction. When the video reached the part about the company implementing the GMP system, Quality Director Gao Shengming immediately educated everyone on GMP and FDA-related knowledge. He summarized the principles of GMP implementation in 12 words: 'There are rules to follow, act according to the law, and have evidence to check.' He then explained in simple terms how to correctly implement the GMP system in work to reduce errors, avoid confusion, and minimize cross-contamination of drugs.
Subsequently, Li Ding, a safety management personnel from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, trained everyone on safety production regulations, aiming to enhance new employees' awareness of the responsibility of 'safety first, life above all,' improve their ability to prevent risks, and reduce and prevent safety accidents, thus preventing problems before they occur.
Finally, there was an employee communication session. Minister Wang from the Production Department welcomed the new employees and mentioned that they might feel a bit uncomfortable at work, hoping everyone could adjust their mindset and quickly adapt to the new environment. Engineer Qiu from the Quality Department shared his views on the company, expressing that he felt particularly lucky to be on the fast-developing train of Meifeng, enjoying the dividends of the company's growth as a 'newcomer.' For example, the dormitory has been upgraded to hotel-style large standard rooms, which are spacious, bright, and fully equipped with appliances. The working and living environment, as well as benefits, are continuously improving. As a testing technician, he also reminded everyone to correctly use and dispose of materials, ensuring product quality while paying attention to their own safety. Engineer Liu from the Production Department stated that although he is new to the job, he has already deeply felt the warmth of the Meifeng family, and he expressed that he would quickly integrate into his work position and contribute to the development of Meifeng.
"Production for safety, safety for production." We firmly uphold the bottom line of safe development. Through this seminar, we strengthened the safety and quality awareness of the participants. Promoting safety is also about seeking development; ensuring safety is driving development. While MFCI Meifeng is rapidly developing, it places greater emphasis on the training and development of talents to continuously improve employees' sense of happiness and gain.
