On October 17, 2022, at 10 a.m., the opening ceremony of the third employee skills competition of Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the West District, attended by the organizing committee and all staff on duty.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Wang Wenyuan, the head of the production management department. This skills competition is themed "Building Dreams at Meifeng, Striving for Excellence," closely aligning with the company's development strategy of "Innovation and Excellence, Talent Strengthening Enterprises," and promoting the principle of "learning through competition, practicing through competition, and working through competition."
The various activities of the competition are scheduled to be carried out one by one starting from October 17, with the competition expected to last for one month. Nine participating teams from various departments, with over a hundred skilled contestants, will compete fiercely in five events: process operation skills competition, fun emergency competition, forklift safety skills competition, record integrity competition, and rationalization suggestion competition. To stimulate employees' enthusiasm for participation and enhance their skill quality, the organizing committee has increased the reward amounts for this competition and will use the competition results as a basis for promotions and salary adjustments.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy General Manager Chen Chunhong delivered an inspiring opening speech for the competition. He solemnly stated that the company's development relies on the hard work of all employees. As the company gradually increases its new products, there are higher challenges for employees' skills. The skills competition aims to further enhance the construction level of the company's skilled talent team, inspire employees to diligently learn scientific and technological knowledge, continuously enhance their learning ability, innovation ability, competitiveness, and entrepreneurial ability, and strive to improve their labor skills and overall quality, fully mobilizing employees' enthusiasm to study technology based on their positions and continuously improve their job skills.
Talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development. This skills competition closely aligns with the company's actual safety production, aiming to create a strong learning atmosphere of striving for excellence, with the goal of improving business quality and work efficiency, and cultivating outstanding talents, laying a solid foundation for future production work. It is also an important measure for MFCI Meifeng to promote high-quality development.
At the end of the opening ceremony, the organizing unit, the production management department, organized all participants to hold a signing ceremony, wishing all contestants excellent results and the competition a complete success!
