Recently, the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of 2022 Hubei Province Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises (Products). Huanggang Meifeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Huanggang Meifeng') was successfully selected as a 2022 Hubei Province Manufacturing Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise, and Hubei Meikai Chemical Co., Ltd. The Hubei Province Manufacturing Single Champion Demonstration Enterprises (Products) refer to enterprises that have long focused on certain specific sub-product markets in the manufacturing industry, with production technology or processes leading domestically, and whose market share of single products ranks among the top in the country (province). The application conditions are very strict, and enterprises (products) that meet the conditions and are successfully selected undoubtedly hold a "top position" in the industry (within the province).

Hubei Meikai's leading product, ultraviolet absorber benzophenone, is uniquely innovative in the industry, being the first in the country to use ester compounds as catalysts in condensation reactions. The company's sales revenue has exceeded 100 million yuan for three consecutive years, making it the largest production base for pharmaceuticals and ultraviolet absorbers in eastern Hubei, China.
